If you think about it the sense of self you have of you is the same as when you were a child, a teenager, an adult etc. Your body, mind and emotions change over the years but your sense of self never does. So if it doesn’t change with time then it is beyond time and if it’s beyond time then it cannot die and so we are infinite. Our physical body may fall away, our mental brain may cease thinking and the feelings from our emotional self may subside but our sense of Self and it’s very existence will and does remain for evermore.
