Happiness, contentment, peace, enlightenment can all be summarised by one word – balance. When we are in balance in every area of our lives we experience happiness, contentment, peace and enlightenment.
Our lives have become so busy that many of us never stop to analyse how balanced or imbalance we are. Many of us know we are not fully in balance but don’t acknowledge the areas of imbalance. Some of us are very much concentrated on our careers, our relationships, finances or personal beliefs. While we acknowledge that we should give more time and consideration to other areas of our lives we continue to make up excuses.
When one takes the time to reflect and consider how balanced their life is it can be enlightening to realise how off balance one can become. Even areas of immense importance to us can be neglected through the busy-ness of life. We prioritize our time but sometimes do so without true reflection or consideration.
This workshop comes at a strategic time of the year when we are very much focused on change for the New Year. Even with the best intentions it’s easy to fall back into the habitual patterns previously conditioned.
In the Sirius™ Rebalance Workshop Ronan will guide you through the process of identifying where you are in your life, facilitate in providing the opportunity to reflect and consider your life’s balance, highlight areas which are imbalanced, allow you to realise how important these areas are to you and work with you to redefine your priorities.
The Sirius™ Rebalance Workshops are usually held at the Sirius Centre in Galway Ireland in early January to ensure you begin the year having reflected on your life and considered how balanced your life is ultimately committing to and ensuring more balance throughout the year.
